Jared Jackson / Stonie Blue

About

For the underground dance connoisseurs.

Jared Jackson Presents: Lesson 001. A night rooted in the history and purpose of dance music.

With special guest Stonie Blue

Los Angeles-born and raised, Jared Jackson is a DJ and producer based in the Inland Empire who also happens to be a public school teacher.

Specializing in the purest forms of underground dance music such as house, garage, jungle, and more, Jared carries forward the roots of raw dance music: using nightlife and collective spaces as a means for expression and resistance.

Following in those footsteps, Lesson 001 bridges his 20+ year career as an educator with his life behind the decks – using his love of music to give back to the community.

A portion of proceeds from the night will be donated to students and educators and in need.

“Dance music is rooted in resistance. Music and education will forever hold power” – Jared Jackson
